You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Prior to processing any withdrawal, Arwanatoto requires completion of the KYC verification process. Arwanatoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
All deposits are processed subject to a minimum deposit amount as indicated on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. Standard e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts; VIP tier members enjoy priority processing.
Currency: All Account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless you are transacting in USDT, in which case conversion rates apply at the time of deposit. Arwanatoto does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
All bets and wagers placed on the Arwanatoto platform are subject to these Terms as well as specific product rules applicable to each betting market or game type. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product.
Bets on football (including Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League), UFC, esports (including Valorant, Dota 2, Mobile Legends, CS2, and PUBG Mobile), and all other sporting events are accepted subject to the availability and pricing of odds at the time of placement. All pre-match odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted on a best-effort basis subject to system availability.
All casino games, including live dealer games and slot machines, use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested. Any unauthorised use of Arwanatoto's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arwanatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Arwanatoto's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the claim.
Arwanatoto does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform and is not liable for losses arising from platform maintenance, downtime, or third-party payment system interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Upon closure of an Account for non-fraud-related reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be disbursed following completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your Account before the changes take effect.
